Idris Mignott

Idris Mignott is a corporate philanthropy executive who lives and works in New York City. He has been involved with movements supporting civil rights issues of the LGBTQ and People of Color communities throughout his life.

 

He ran a communications agency which pioneered campaigns in the field of social impact. Idris played a critical role in the commercial redevelopment of Downtown Brooklyn through strategic public/private sector partnerships. He has also spearheaded notable economic development and tourism initiatives for the City of New York.

 

Prior to Stonewall CDC, Idris served on the boards, fundraising, and other committees of institutions including The Door, the Studio Museum in Harlem and Friends of the Highline.
