Reginald Osborne is currently the principal of The Van Osborne Group, a marketing consulting firm that works with agencies and clients on developing strategy and cultural insights to target multicultural consumers. He has a wealth of experience in increasingly responsible roles within account management at various large and boutique advertising agencies.
He gained his first experience working in Multicultural Marketing at SpikeDDB, which focused on marketing to the Black consumer market. There he led the State Farm, Jaguar, and Foxwoods Resort and Casino accounts. He has held multicultural marketing leadership positions at Arnold Worldwide, Walter Isaacson, TBWA CHIAT\DAY New York and Novardus Pharmaceuticals, where he assisted in developing the Multicultural Center of Excellence to support brand teams.
His other accounts have included Macy’s, Vonage, Nabisco’s cracker portfolio and McDonald’s, where he provided leadership and support on several key regional markets as well as on national African American initiatives. He holds an MBA with a concentration in marketing from Clark Atlanta University. Reginald also participates in the annual Cycle for The Cause ride from Boston to New York to raise funds for the fight to end AIDS.
