Cara Parmigiani has the Law Office of Cara A. Parmigiani, LLC, a solo legal practice focusing on business law, landlord-tenant, land use, and litigation.  She was named a 2020-21 New Jersey Super Lawyers; Rising Star. Cara is a strong community volunteer and advocate.  She has provided legal advice and coordination to successfully oppose an application before the Planning Board of the Borough of Morris Plains and formed a steering committee to assist the Borough of Morris Plains in completing its Master Plan Reevaluation. 

 

She is a Volunteer attorney for Unchained at Last, the only nonprofit in the U.S. dedicated to assisting women seeking to leave or avoid arranged/forced marriages. She is a member of Mountain Lakes COAH, Accessory Apartments Sub-Committee.  Cara is the Founding Co-Chair of Morris County Pride and the Founding chair of the Morris County Democratic LGBTQA+ Caucus.
