NYS Office for the Aging Master Plan on Aging Town Hall

On June 11th, 2024 at 1:30pm, Stonewall CDC is hosting a NYS Office for the Aging Master Plan for Aging (MPA) Town Hall with state representatives at The LGBTQ Center located at 208 W 13th St, New York, NY.   The MPA will guide the state's funding and policy priorities for years to come. You must register to attend.

To attend in person, click here.

Those not attending in person may view the event via WebEx by registering here.

It is also our opinion that the more prepared the audience is with data, the more productive and impactful the feedback will be.

We’re proud to sponsor this meeting! For more information on the plan itself and to express your opinion, see below.

Here is a link to the Master Plan: https://www.ny.gov/sites/default/files/2023-09/MPA_Preliminary_Report_FINAL.pdf

(we are working on distilling the 71 pages down to a list of recommendations which we hope to post here on Monday, June 3rd)

Here is a link to a form where you can express your own opinions on what should be added, deleted, or changed in the plan. What would you like to see the plan focus on?
